Our Story

Meeting the specific needs of drivers

B.Y. repair services was started by Andrey Lyashchuk, B.Y. transportation owner operator, when he had continually noticed the same needs not being met while having repairs or maintenance performed on his truck, or trailer.

He knew there was a need for a company that was able to meet driver’s specific needs and demands, and shift focus back to customer satisfaction, and limited down time.

He wanted to be able to meet each customer’s specific needs and be able to accommodate them with having the repairs they need handled as quickly as possible. He took this idea and quickly turned it into a reality. Staffing his company with the most knowledgeable employees in the industry, while keeping the same at home family values that he felt were lacking in the industry.

His mission to design a company that was able to get customers back on the road quicker limiting their loss of profit due to down time, at a reasonable rate, while still providing safe, compliant top-quality repairs was now a reality, and growing at a rapid pace. Andrey now had a large customer base and clientele full of loyal customer who were able to see the level of care, and quality that was being given to each and every one of them. They were not only his customers to him though, but they were also his friends, his community, and his family. He valued each and every one just as this. Making sure that above all else they were satisfied and well taken care of.

He realized there were additional needs that he was not able to yet meet though, and he wanted to correct this, and be able to provide all that he was capable of to his customers and this industry. So he set out to push his business to the next level, and be able to handle, and meet more of his customers specific needs. He wanted to be able to accommodate them with having the repairs they need handled as quickly as possible, and knew that he was not able to do so strictly from one sole location. He knew he needed to be able to make it to the customers that were not able to make it to him. He took this idea and quickly turned it into a reality. Adding mobile service repair technicians, and units to his fleet, as well as logistics, and drop and hook services in addition to the in house repairs he was already providing.

He based his company around this agenda, and continually goes above and beyond to keep his customers as the top priority. Maintaining strong values in the industry and day to day operation at B.Y. Repair Services.
